This weeks observations
Impartial and independent advice
Tuesday the 1st September was the day that the wonderfully named Glaziers Hall on the South Bank played host to the 2015 Glass and Glazing Federation’s Members Day. It’s not the original venue more a modern day reincarnation that’s main attribute is that it causes a diversion away from a nice walk along the Thames.
The theme of the presentations was the consumer, with guest speakers highlighting their views on the subject and identifying how the GGF and its members could get involved and talk to a wider audience.
As an outsider able to observer things just as they were presented that day, the view may have a different take on the event to that of its participants who have been running with their ideas for some time.

The motivations for selling are varied and could fill an article on their own but once that decision is reached there are some common questions. Clients who are looking to sell and realise what is often a working lifetime's emotional as well as financial investment want the right buyer and often that's where the conversation starts:- [
